ABOUT ME

Photos by Jasmine was born at the beginning of 2023, but I've loved photography since I was a teenager and really started diving in formally when I took a college photography class in 2022. This little business has been a hobby I've thoroughly loved!

I'm a Southwestern gal through and through. I was born and raised in Arizona, then moved to the Durango area in 2014. The landscapes here in the west are truly the most beautiful in the nation, and I love incorporating them into my photography! Beauty can be found everywhere here in Southwest Colorado - we won't have any trouble finding the perfect spot for your photos!

When I'm not taking photos of humans and pets, you can find me out doing wildlife field work 6 months out of the year (so far I've gotten to study alpine species (like ptarmigan and pika), prairie dogs, sage grouse, pronghorn, and others), hiking, backpacking, mountaineering, birding, doing wildlife and film photography, and hanging out with my husband and dog! I adore Christmas, 80's music, the color red, steam trains, & all sugary treats.
